STEP 1 - Submission of an Extended Abstract

DEADLINE: CLOSED

After peer review , papers will be accepted for oral (Step 2a) or poster (Step 2b) presentation.

Authors will be informed on the results of the review process before March 26, 2008

Step 2a - Submission of a Full Paper for Oral Presentationt

DEADLINES: May 7, 2008 (both for full paper submission AND for registration of the presenting author)

Papers accepted for oral presentation must be presented at the conference by one of the authors to appear in the conference proceedings.

The presenting author must be registered at the conference within the submission deadline of camera-ready papers.

Papers must be written in English. A maximum of five (5) camera-ready pages, including figures, are allowed for each paper. Extra pages per paper are permitted for an extra charge of 150 € (EUR) per page. If your paper has more than six pages, you will have to pay extra page charge on-site, at the Conference Reception Desk.

Step 2b - Abstract accepted for Poster Presentation

DEADLINE: May 7, 2008 (only for registration of the presenting author)
